As a key member of our HR team, you will oversee recruiting, HR operations, and process improvement for our Stuttgart facility. This role will have a small team of recruiters and HR Coordinators reporting to it.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing a comprehensive recruiting strategy for hourly and salary positions.
  • Managing HR projects, including benchmarking HR programs against market practice, implementing new HR programs, and redesigning existing programs.
  • Managing the employee performance cycle, including goal setting, review, talent reviews, and the merit process.
  • Overseeing HR administrative tasks, such as records maintenance, general inquiries, and systems maintenance.
  • Overseeing HR reporting for the site, including absenteeism, turnover, and making recommendations to improve.
  • Participating in promoting corporate human resources initiatives.
  • Assisting with employee engagement events for the site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
  • Broad expertise in the design, implementation, and administration of HR programs.
  • Good working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with UGK Dimension is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency and increase productivity.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
