Job Description:

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.
  • Conduct thorough research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients in court proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all relevant legal deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, providing timely updates and guidance throughout their cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Kentucky bar license.
  • 3-5 years of experience in family law.
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
