Job Summary:This position is responsible for managing and implementing programs that focus on policy, systems, and environmental change to promote healthy eating and physical activity. The successful candidate will have experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement programs that promote healthy eating and physical activity
- Collaborate with community partners to identify and address health disparities
- Conduct program evaluations and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets and grants
- Supervise and train staff and volunteers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a community-based organization
- Knowledge of policy, systems, and environmental change principles
