Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $40,825 - $73,914 per year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
Job DescriptionThis role assists operations personnel in vehicle repairs, small equipment repairs, filling trucks, and other warehouse responsibilities. Key duties include:
- Responding to fleet breakdowns in the field
- Filling trucks as needed
- Maintaining and repairing equipment, such as aerators, spreaders, tractors, and seeders
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A valid, permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards
You'll work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with occasional local travel required. The physical demands of this role include sitting, standing, walking, using hands and arms to handle objects, speaking and hearing, and vision abilities for close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus. You may be required to lift up to 50 lbs independently and operate and repair equipment.
