Chico's FAS is a dynamic fashion company committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our boutique store and e-commerce platforms. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations.
  • Drive sales by utilizing effective sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed by Management.
Customer Experience
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and a fast and efficient register experience.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales and client sign-ups.
Operational Excellence
  • Support replenishment activities to keep stores full and abundant and assist with locate fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, and boutique cleanliness.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or sales experience preferred, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
