Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance to the Facilities Director and support various teams within Life'sWork of Western PA. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a personable demeanor.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering, screening, and transferring calls to employees and taking accurate messages.
  • Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly manner, determining the purpose of their visit and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintains and updates daily sign-in sheets, ensuring visitors sign in and issues visitor badges.
  • Maintains and updates agency telephone directories and reference materials.
  • Scheduling conference rooms using Outlook.
  • Maintaining a clean and neat work area.
  • Provides secretarial/clerical support as directed by the Facilities Director.
  • Additional responsibilities/duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related secretarial experience in a management or executive office
  • Act 33, 34, and FBI clearances are required within 30 days of employment, all employer paid.

Working Conditions:
  • This position works 6 hours a day, 5 days a week for a total of 30 hours per week.
  • This position is considered full-time and is eligible for benefits.

Salary Range:$35,000 - $45,000 per year based on experience.
