Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling plumbing services and products to customers over the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell plumbing services and products to customers, including providing quotes and handling sales transactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Assist with training new sales personnel and attending company meetings as needed.
  • Support sales activity in all other areas as needed, including outside sales staff, counter sales, and estimating or project management.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn organizational procedures and operations.
  • High degree of math competency and ability to maintain arithmetic and statistical accuracy.
  • Possess good oral communication skills.
  • Operate material handling equipment.
  • Effective understanding of the WISE system in order to produce sales orders and execute other duties specific to your Company.
