Timekeeping Specialist

**Position Overview:**

Universal Plant Services is seeking an experienced Timekeeping Specialist to join our team for an upcoming project in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing timekeeping duties in the petrochemical industry. This position will be working onsite at a client's facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconciling field timesheets to gate log.
• Entering Payroll and Billing data into timekeeping system.
• Running cost reports.
• Assisting employees with tax forms, direct deposit, and other job site paperwork.
• Performing other general Field Accounting and Timekeeping duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Timekeeper.
• Experience with CDMS/TRACK required.
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
• Aptitude for detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software used.
• Fitness to work as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
