Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and triage patients based on severity.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and conditions closely.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current nursing license (RN) in the relevant province/state.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
