Aquatics Swim Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Swim Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons and Aquatics events to members of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality swimming lessons and Aquatics events that meet the needs of our members
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member inquiries and concerns
• Maintain a safe and clean pool area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Promote and sell Aquatics programs and services to members

Requirements

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certifications (within 60 days of hire)
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs

Preferred Requirements

• Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $16.00 and paying up to $20.00, based on experience and qualifications.
