Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, collaborating on strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and manage databases of potential candidates for open positions through targeted outreach, networking, and internal partnerships.
  • Develop unique recruiting strategies to differentiate our brand in a competitive industry.
  • Qualify physician candidates by effectively communicating job opportunities and requirements.
  • Assist with the hiring process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
  • Provide excellent customer service, guiding potential new hires through our policies, procedures, benefits, and forms.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as Human Resources and Medical Director, during the recruitment process.
  • Compile and analyze recruiting and hiring metrics reports.
  • Meet weekly performance targets for outbound calls and appointments.
  • Design, launch, monitor, and measure email campaigns to nurture current clients and target prospects.
  • Develop and maintain engaging web content, including website management.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation and analytics tracking.
  • Craft compelling copywriting for press releases, website content, collateral, and other materials.
  • Create eye-catching graphic designs for internal and external communications, presentations, advertisements, and events.
  • Coordinate event marketing, including tradeshow participation and management.
  • Implement SEO strategies and track Google Ads and Analytics performance.
  • Bolster brand awareness through research-driven submissions for industry awards.
  • Support Sales efforts, including Request for Proposals, contracts, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and opinions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to thrive in a result-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Dynamics, and Web Tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Cision, Social Marketing).
  • A strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute projects in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and focus.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Location and Conditions

  • Corporate office located in San Diego, with an optional hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 remote days) with manager approval.
  • Occasional travel for tradeshows.
  • Full-time, non-exempt position.

Estimated Salary: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour plus commission/bonus. The pay scale reflects StatRad's commitment to fair and competitive compensation, recognizing career progress and talent mobility.
