Explore a long-term onsite contract opportunity with CyberTec as a Workday Technical Lead in Providence, RI. With a focus on collaboration and close partnership with Functional Configuration Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), you will play a key role in understanding business processes and developing a comprehensive Test Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction to the testing team
  • Create and execute manual and automated test scripts
  • Develop quality metrics and ensure their execution

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, creating functionality from, testing, and maintaining technical specifications for a sustainable testing suite of applications, including UI, process, reports, interfaces/integrations, etc., for HCM, Payroll, and Financial. Additional responsibilities include engaging in the review of configuration workbooks and application configurations, prioritizing and sequencing test scenarios, and providing overall testing metrics/reports for each testing phase.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on testing experience in data/Workday as a Testing Lead
  • Related Workday experience and functional knowledge in HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, Merit, Onboarding, Payroll Processing, Performance Management, Recruiting, Reports, Talent Acquisition, Time Tracking, and other workstreams as needed
  • Experience with full life-cycle Workday Implementation, data analysis using SQL and BI Tools, and Excel power user skills with pivot tables, etc.
