Selectek is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor Drafter to join their team in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting for Land Surveyors in AutoCAD, Carlson, or similar programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting topographic maps and ALTA surveys
  • Creating boundary surveys and subdivision plans
  • Developing elevation and flood certificates

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Carlson
  • Experience with topographic and ALTA surveys
  • Strong understanding of boundary and subdivision surveying

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with easement and flood certificate development
  • Experience with subdivision surveys

Pay and Benefits:

  • $20/hour - $35/hour
  • Occasional overtime expected

Work Environment:

  • Casual, relaxed work attire
  • No work-from-home or remote options
