Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary, including a base salary guarantee of $877,000 (90th percentile of MGMA) plus wRVU production. In addition, we provide a relocation bonus of up to $10,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $30,000.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes 5% retirement matching, malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, PTO, and more.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

This employed opportunity features an office call schedule with physicians taking turns on night calls (1 week per month) and weekend hospital calls (7-8 weekends per year). Our facility has radiation oncology physicians on-site and offers tumor boards with multiple specialties available. We also provide full support staff for each physician, including medical assistants and registered nurses.

Research affiliation with Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center provides numerous clinical trials and care opportunities within the health system.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have an M.D. or D.O. degree, be fellowship trained and board eligible or certified in hematology and oncology, and be able to obtain a Tennessee medical license.
