Pediatric Neurologist Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Memorial Hermann Health System. As a part-time clinician, you will work 2 10-hour days every Saturday and Sunday (7am-5:30pm) providing expert care to patients of all ages with communication and swallowing disorders.

This role involves developing personalized treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and providing training to interns and other staff members. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care while contributing to the health and well-being of the community.

• Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide training and guidance to interns and other staff members
• Promote individual professional growth and development through continuing education and skills competency

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited university-based program
• A current license to practice Speech/Language Pathology by the State Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology for Texas
• A current certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
