We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. As an Advanced Practice Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Salary and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary range of $123K-$170K, depending on experience, plus annual merit increases to 7%. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance of up to $30K, sign-on bonus of 10% of base salary, retention bonus of 10% of base salary at 2 years, student loan repayment through NHSC - ISH, CME allowance of $4K + 40 hours, and PTO of 10 hours per pay period (400 hours can be banked or paid out yearly).

About the Role

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing outpatient psychiatry services to patients aged 18 and above. Your responsibilities will include crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy. You will also have the opportunity to work with our psychiatric care team, which consists of experienced professionals who support each patient's individual needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a multi-disciplinary setting with prescriptive privileges. You should also hold current certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurse Credentialing Center, with added qualifications in psychiatry. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as eligibility for DEA certification.
