Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Closer to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a Loan Closer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing and closing of residential loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify all loan documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with loan processors, production staff, and closing agents to ensure timely closing of loans
  • Prepare and review closing instructions and closing disclosure documents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the loan closing process
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of experience in mortgage closing and/or processing
  • Strong computer skills and experience with mortgage software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of mortgage regulations and company policies
