Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Operations Lead to join our team at Signature HealthCARE, LLC. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic implementation and execution of procurement services.

About the Role

The Procurement Operations Lead will help lead the development of programs to discover cost reductions throughout supplier services while actively pursuing the development of new suppliers. Key responsibilities include estimating cost parameters and budgets for capital purchases, reviewing and analyzing supplier pricing options, reconciling financial transactions and PPE inventory, and generating Request for Proposals (RFPs) as directed by the Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly investigate potential supply partners in advance of use within our facilities.
  • Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with proposed and existing supply partners.
  • Estimate cost parameters and budgets for capital purchases.
  • Support with continuous improvement opportunities in procurement processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Review and analyze supplier pricing options.
  • Reconcile financial transactions and PPE inventory.
  • Generate Request for Proposals, (RFP's) as directed by Supervisor for supplier relationships coming up to term.
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
  • Perform risk management for supplier agreements in cooperation with Supervisor.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics or related field, two years of progressive experience in the Supply Chain field, strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills, proficient written and oral communication skills, and essential leadership skills.
