Dish Attendant

Job Summary

As a Dish Attendant at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also be responsible for operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly. Additionally, you will assist the cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed. Your focus will be on supporting your team and guests, ensuring that every decision made has their needs in mind. You will also follow all cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
Assisting the cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
Focusing on your team and guests, ensuring that every decision made has their needs in mind
Following all cleanliness and safety protocols

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Ability to work in a team environment and support colleagues
