We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support.

About the Position

This full-time position is based at our Aurora Medical Center Burlington location in Wisconsin. The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide respiratory therapy services to patients with a range of conditions, from acute respiratory failure to chronic respiratory diseases.
  • Operate specialized ventilators and other equipment to support patient care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and families about respiratory health and disease management.
  • RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Graduate degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
