Job Description:

Ace Hardware Home Services is a trusted provider of home preservation services backed by Ace Hardware, offering a wide range of residential maintenance and home repair services, including plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, handyman, and painting.

What You'll Do:

  • Work under the supervision of a qualified Lead HVAC Installer to assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units in homes.
  • Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed to ensure high-quality service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain our reputation for superior service.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned or required.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience is preferred.
  • Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and air flow is preferred.
  • EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and clean MVR are required.
  • High standards for work quality and integrity are essential.
  • A growth mindset and the desire to improve every day are necessary.
  • The ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Dependability and consistency in all areas are crucial.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physically able to work on HVAC units, lifting up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to hear and speak to exchange information.
