Infant Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team at Timberline Learning Center in Breckenridge, Colorado. Our center is a Reggio Inspired Early Learning Program that provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks-18 months.

• Develop and implement inspiring lesson plans to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and community partners to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety standards.

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Experience working with infants and toddlers.
• Availability to work full-time as an Infant Teacher in a Reggio-Based Early Learning Center.
• Demonstrated flexibility in teaching practice.
• Clear full background check.
• Ability to work well and effectively communicate with others.
• Willingness to further understanding of philosophy and curriculum.
• Patience, warmth, and kindness.

Preferred qualifications include early childhood education experience and coursework, Reggio Emilia coursework, and ability to utilize open-ended materials within the classroom.
