About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Long-term Care Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the collection of data for use in determining care plans, ensuring compliance with treatment norms and privacy standards. You will also direct, educate, and monitor staff, providing input for hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the collection of data for use in determining care plans
- Direct, educate, and monitor staff
- Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local standards and regulations for long-term care
- Participate in the CMS survey process and plan of correction
- Promote survey preparedness at all times
Requirements:
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- BLS Provider preferred
- Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required
