About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Vinfen. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to adults with complex needs, including those with brain injuries or behavioral conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines.
  • Support individuals in becoming more involved in their communities and promoting independence.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. Certificate valid in Massachusetts.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • The ability to become CPR and First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 150 days of employment.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a CORI and national fingerprinting check.
