Breakfast Server Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Breakfast Server to join our team at ABC Investments & Management Company. As a Breakfast Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in our food and beverage area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and transport food and beverage items to and from the buffet breakfast area
  • Monitor the area to ensure adequate supplies of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Follow proper preparation methods and quality standards
  • Welcome guests, make conversation, and gather information about their stay and experience
  • Respond to requests in a prompt and professional manner
  • Purchase and request inventory to ensure adequate stock of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Monitor food and beverage costs based on budget
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized work and breakfast area
  • Empty trash and clear tables
  • Check the working condition of equipment and report any issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to give and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Displays good initiative
  • Must hold or be capable of obtaining all mandatory certificates based on brand and area requirements
  • Must be able to work weekends and various schedules and shifts
