Pediatric Intensivist

The University of Rochester Department of Pediatrics is seeking a highly qualified Pediatric Critical Care or Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care faculty member at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of pediatric critical care accomplishment and a commitment to the mission of Golisano Children's Hospital.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
Participate in educational programs for residents and fellows
Conduct research and publish scholarly work
Collaborate with other faculty members to advance the department's mission
Requirements
Completion of Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship or Pediatric Cardiology fellowship with CICU additional training
New York State license and DEA certification
Board eligibility/certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine for PICU faculty
Board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Cardiology for CICU faculty
