Farm 12 Restaurant and Events is a social enterprise business that combines exceptional dining with the mission of supporting local communities.

As a Kitchen Culinary Specialist at Farm 12, you will be part of a high-scale kitchen team that features a newer 125-seat restaurant, private room dining, and a formal event hall accommodating up to 400 guests.

The ideal candidate has previous high-volume restaurant experience, understands cooking methods, kitchen quality, and portion size standards. They also have banquet experience, passion for quality service, and a strong desire to give back to the community.

In this role, you will learn and adapt to our evolving menus, prepare and cook food according to recipe standards, and maintain our brand's standards on safety, food quality, presentation, and teamwork.

Our competitive salary range for this position starts at $19-$21 per hour in addition to a weekly tip pool, paid bi-weekly. Health insurance is offered to full-time staff after 90 days, including life insurance and access to our Employee Assistance Program.
