Dialysis Nurse Specialist

Job Description and Requirements:

This position requires the provision of clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN and chronic hemodialysis experience.
