Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PSS to provide high-quality care and support to an adult client in the Brewer area.

About Us

Home Hope and Healing, Inc. is a leading provider of home-based care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one, client-centered care and services, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients.
  • Work flexible block time shifts, ranging from 8-12 hours per day, including days, evenings, and nights.
  • Enjoy flexibility in your schedule, with opportunities to work Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time in locations that suit you best.
Duties May Include:
  • Assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and oral care; dressing and undressing; meal preparation and feeding; transfer and/or mobility; safe restroom use and maintaining continence.
  • Support with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation, assistance with communication via phone, email, or internet, and general housework like laundry, dishes, and maintaining a hygienic living space.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience).

Requirements
  • PSS certificate is preferred but not required; must enroll in PSS course upon hire and complete course within 6 months. Reimbursement for course fees after meeting work requirements.
  • One year of clinical experience in home care preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Successful passing of background checks.
