We observe ten paid holidays and provide 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program.

The hiring minimum salary is $45,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek, and the maximum salary is $60,000 per year, also based on a 40-hour workweek. This range is a subset of the total pay range, and there is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the role.

To be successful as a Client Relationship Development Associate, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
