Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Child Development Associate or higher level education, 45 state-mandated training hours, and First Aid/CPR certification.

A valid CDL driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.

As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing curriculum that meets company standards.
  • Providing guidance and support to teachers' assistants.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and attendance.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.

Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
