Job Description

">

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Member to join our team. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the impeccable appearance of our clients' properties while efficiently completing tasks within designated time frames.

Responsibilities Include:

  • ">
  • Performing regular lawn and landscape maintenance on commercial and residential properties using various equipment such as commercial mowers, edger, and grass trimmer.">
  • Pruning small trees and palms, using manual and power pole saws as necessary.">
  • Clearing leaves, branches, clippings, and debris from properties.">
  • Maintaining plant beds by weeding and applying weed control solutions.">
  • Learning to use our field C.R.M. (customer relationship software) device.">
  • Assisting with hooking up trailers and loading/unloading equipment.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Must be able to drive pick up truck with 10 ft. open or closed trailer.">
  • Minimum age of 18.">
  • Valid Florida Driver's license.">
  • Dependable, reliable, and punctual.">
  • Access to reliable transportation.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.">
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 pounds.">

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (hours may vary based on workload). We offer a supportive work environment, uniforms, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.
