We are seeking a talented and customer-focused GreenDrop Site Attendant to join our team in White Plains, NY.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company that makes donating easy, convenient, and eco-friendly. As a GreenDrop Site Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service to our donors every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet donors in a friendly manner and engage in pleasant conversation while acquiring donations from donors.
  • Assist donors with their donations and help to unload their vehicles.
  • Record donor information on the company iPad and maintain the cleanliness of the site.
  • Fulfill supply orders to keep the site stocked with necessary tools for job completion.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
  • Outstanding ability to interact with people and provide magnificent service.
  • Strong desire to contribute to a purpose-driven company with a business model that positively impacts the planet and local communities.
  • Able and willing to lift up to 50lbs continuously throughout the day.
  • Positive mindset, punctuality, strong sense of urgency, and ability to take initiative in job duties.
