Data Center Operations Specialist

The Data Center Operator role at RRS is a key position responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the data center infrastructure.

This involves routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks to support the organization's IT and data processing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and data center operations, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to resolve issues
  • Communicate status and alerts to relevant departments and escalate issues to on-call personnel
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless data processing and IT services

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Hands-on experience with PC operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
