About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient psychiatric unit at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a safe and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans that promote patient recovery and well-being
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and documenting patient information
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
