We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to oversee the culinary excellence across three distinct upscale Italian restaurant concepts in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and leading inspired culinary teams, with 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine in an upscale full-service dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across three unique restaurant concepts, ensuring seamless execution and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service
  • Conduct regular line checks and quality control measures to guarantee consistent food preparation and presentation
  • Mentor, train, and coach culinary teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented kitchen culture
  • Monitor and verify recipe accuracy, ensuring proper scaling and adherence to established guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to oversee and support multiple locations while maintaining a unified approach to operations
  • Strong understanding and appreciation of Italian cuisine, with above-average knowledge to guide menu execution and innovation
  • Exceptional communication skills, creating collaboration across teams to ensure consistent messaging

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the candidate's experience.
