Strategic Business Technology Specialist

Job DescriptionSenior Business Analyst plays a key role in leading requirements development for applying technology within the Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform space to satisfy business needs. This involves defining and documenting internal and external user interfaces and supporting system and data requirement clarification and definition.
This position acts as a liaison among internal stakeholders to analyze, document and validate business and system requirements for platform applications.
- Facilitate coordination with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify and elaborate business requirements and required technical capabilities.
- Conduct analysis of business processes and identify opportunities to incorporate efficiencies.
- Prepare detailed requirements and specifications for programs.
- Develop prototypes to demonstrate GUI and functionality and validate requirements.
- Perform a variety of tasks including system test related tasks.
- Work closely with developers, system architects, and other technical staff.
Qualifications: Required Professional Qualifications/Skills include being a US citizen and possessing a clearance, 6+ years experience facilitating meetings with subject matter experts, managers, and executives or 2+ years' experience with Masters in Computer Science, 3+ years experience utilizing prototyping tools to elaborate and validate requirements.
Familiarity with maintaining and configuring SharePoint, Power Platform, and Office 365 tools, Excellent Verbal and written communication, Proficiency with Agile Development processes and Azure DevOps (ADO), Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master Certification.
