Sales Development Representative

Account Manager Role Overview:
The Associate Account Manager will participate in a comprehensive sales training program designed for professionals interested in a staffing sales career.
As a sales development representative, you will work through a structured training program to develop your skills in new business development, prospect engagement, and client saturation.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be promoted to Account Manager at Piper Companies, where you will be responsible for selling and negotiating terms of ZP's staffing and recruiting services to both current and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and submit candidate profiles to customers, prepping individuals for interviews, salary negotiations, and checking professional references.
- Drive customer acquisition and business development by prospecting, setting client meetings, warm/cold calling, and networking.
- Represent ZP with the highest level of professionalism by acting as the face of the company to current and prospective clients in the DC staffing market.
- Maintain high levels of business development activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of fast-paced, high-performing B2B sales or staffing sales experience.
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, networking, work ethic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of money motivation and desire to succeed in a metrics-based role with unlimited earning potential based on work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission, quarterly and annual bonuses, 401k with company match, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, company-provided laptop and sourcing/BD tools, all federal holidays off/paid, flexible/open PTO, and much more.
