This role supports patients in Burgettstown and surrounding areas, offering a competitive compensation package, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus for achieving key milestones during your first year of employment.

Requirements:

  • RN license in the state where you'll be working.
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $82,000, depending on productivity and market factors. This figure includes compensation related to patient care visits, non-visit activities, paid days off, shift premium pay, and the first-year success bonus.
