Master Guitar Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Master Guitar Craftsman to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of guitar repair and maintenance techniques, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Assist in the upkeep of store inventory and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote Guitar Center's products and services
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars, including knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Familiarity with Guitar Center's products and services, with a passion for music and the industry
- Holds a valid driver's license (if applicable) and meets other requirements as specified by law or company policy
- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
