Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Opener at Club 4 Fitness. As the first point of contact for our members, this role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient start to the day.

Responsibilities

  • Open the fitness center promptly at 4:00 am Monday through Friday
  • Ensure all cash deposits are handled accurately and securely
  • Prepare and stock Juice Bar ingredients and equipment for the day
  • Greet members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure members and guests check in appropriately
  • Assist members with account issues and answer general questions
  • Complete regular cleaning tasks throughout the fitness center
  • Count inventory and report any discrepancies to management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle cash deposits and manage inventory
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead
  • Must be able to handle cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment
