Dental Hygiene Specialist

42 North Dental LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental hygiene team, you will play a critical role in promoting good oral health and preventing dental issues.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments according to ADA and AAP guidelines, including caries risk, periodontal condition, oral cancer, and radiographic technique and findings.
Perform accurate and effective preventive or therapeutic procedures as prescribed by the doctor.
Educate patients about clinical findings, oral health, and overall health, including proper home care and recare frequencies.
Focus on comprehensive patient care and manage schedules effectively.
Maintain dental hygiene licensure and knowledge through continuing education.
Qualifications:
Active RDH license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Professional communication and collaboration with the dentist and office team.
Excellent patient communication and education skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
