About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for managing all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions. You'll also provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations, ensuring a positive experience for every patient and customer. Additionally, you'll be required to complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll also need to be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting is preferred, but not required.
