">We are seeking an experienced Director of GTM/Sales to lead our growing sales team in LATAM. As a key member of our global organization, you will drive significant revenue growth and customer acquisition in this emerging market.
">Job Description
">This role involves developing and executing strategies to establish SafetyCulture's presence in LATAM, leading and growing the LATAM sales team, cultivating relationships with key clients and prospects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing regular updates on market trends and sales performance.
">Requirements
">To succeed in this position, you must have extensive B2B sales leadership experience, particularly in LATAM or emerging regions, proven history of closing $100k+ deals at the executive level, strong analytical skills, data-driven problem-solving abilities, and experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
">Preferred Qualifications
">We welcome candidates with experience building market presence from scratch in emerging markets, familiarity with customer success and product teams, and a proven track record of identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
">What We Offer
">We offer a competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development in a global company.
