We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in manual testing. This role involves executing test instructions and reporting results accurately and promptly.

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to provide manual testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding application test procedures, using applicable software and tools, and following defined processes to perform assigned work.

About the Team:

Our Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The primary objective of QS is to provide manual testing support, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Understanding Software Testing: Strong knowledge of software testing principles and practices.
  • Ability to Complete Assigned Tasks Accurately and Promptly: Proven track record of completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience with Testing Consumer Devices: Previous experience with testing consumer devices is preferred.
