**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Actuary to join our In-Force LTC pricing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our company's continued success by analyzing data, developing models, and submitting filings to states. Your expertise will be invaluable in addressing objections, building tools, and making informed decisions that drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support in-force rate action pricing initiatives for LTC insurance products to ensure Genworth meets its obligations
- Develop, assess, and execute process improvement and enhancement efforts
- Perform and support ad hoc requests for state filings, including annual filings and unique requirements
- Complete and support filings detailing the current state of Genworth's LTC business, including plans for rate increases
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather data needed for rate increases
- Manage or direct workflow and development of junior actuaries or actuarial students in support of rate increase filings
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field of study
- An FSA, near FSA, or career ASA with commensurate experience (able to sign LTC filings)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry, including filing experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detailed-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Programming skills in Excel and experience with models

**Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $260,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
