Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join our weekend on-call team at Kinder Hearts Home Health. This role is perfect for those who want to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of patient needs to determine hospice requirements.
  • Perform complete physical assessments and gather medical histories of current and previous illnesses.
  • Provide symptom management as needed and address patient inquiries.
Requirements
  • A valid RN license in the State of Texas is required.
Compensation and Benefits
