Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Alabama Regional Medical Services. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychosocial care to patients and families in a school-based setting.

About the Job

The successful candidate will conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, or family counseling as needed. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care management and facilitate patient access to community resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' mental health needs, identify risk factors, and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy sessions, including individual, group, or family counseling
  • Collaborate with schools and other service providers to ensure consistent support for patients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to promote patient access
  • Participate in quality assessment and improvement activities
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to NASW Code of Ethics and department standards

Requirements

  • Masters of Social Work Degree from an accredited program required
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligible
  • 3-5 years of experience in social work or a related field, preferred

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
