Store Porter

Job Summary

The Store Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store. This includes tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and cleaning windows. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure our store is always looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrub machines and buffing machines

• Empty trash and recyclables

• Clean windows and other glass surfaces

• Clean break rooms, restrooms, and manager's office

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures

• Prepare linens for laundry pick-up

• Change light bulbs

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
