Job Description

A leading investment firm in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join its dynamic team on a direct hire basis. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment supporting the firm's accounting operations with a flexible hybrid/remote schedule.


  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Perform daily accounting tasks including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Oversee full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor communications, payment scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as needed, collaborating with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the investment or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of handling full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor management and payment processing.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive financial information.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required for this critical position.
